Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Specialist to join our team at 9467-4322 Québec Inc. As an Event Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring seamless execution of events and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and plan events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings, to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the cocktail lounge or bar, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to events and operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
