Lycopodium is a global engineering and project delivery company with a strong presence in Australia, Africa, Canada, Peru, and the Philippines. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Toronto-based team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality of output from the allocated project team and align it with project, company, and client requirements.
  • Enhance and develop the management and technical competence of the project team to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific procedures, work practices, plans, and protocols to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure timely and accurate project control, including reporting, costs, schedule, trends, and change management.
  • Develop and maintain productive client relationships.
Requirements
  • Suitable degree qualifications in mineral processing and related industries, with experience in gold mineral processing.
  • Demonstrated success in taking a medium-sized greenfields gold project from concept to build and commissioning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different cultures.
  • Strong technical background with a broad multi-disciplinary base in mineral processing plant and infrastructure construction.
  • Demonstrated success and understanding of project implementation, constructability, OH&S, environmental, community, and industrial relations issues.
  • Ability to achieve consistently high standards within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a flair for delegation and strong capacity for clear thinking and planning.
