Service Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to manage the dispatching of tasks from our service advisors to our skilled RV technicians. This role is crucial in ensuring that service calls are handled efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include managing daily schedules for technicians and engaging with customers, necessitating a friendly and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone
  • Schedule appointments efficiently for a team of 14 technicians
  • Confirm appointments and facilitate same-day scheduling
  • Collaborate with Service Writers to balance the service department's appointment calendar
  • Update the database with any appointment cancellations
  • Assign tasks to the appropriate technician
  • Ensure adherence to warranty processes by technicians
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department regarding parts requirements
  • Oversee the closure of repair orders upon completion of work
  • Communicate staff schedules and any necessary changes to relevant service personnel
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage plus monthly profit-sharing bonus, with potential earnings ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually
