We're seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team at Tucows, a leading provider of internet services. As a Site Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing our banking, cash flow, and credit facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cash management principles and banking systems, with a minimum of 5 years of corporate finance experience. You will be responsible for leading short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts, analyzing forecast variance, and collaborating with business controllers to improve forecast accuracy.

Additionally, you will work with our cash operations team to continuously improve payment products, platforms, and collections strategies. You will also assist in treasury automation initiatives, including system implementations and process enhancements.

As a Site Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing bank relations, including periodic relationship review, analysis of transaction volumes, cash management, and payment fees. You will also forecast foreign exchange exposures and assist in financing arrangements such as syndicated facilities, private placement, and private equity.
