Position Overview

PAOC is in search of a dedicated Worship Pastor who will play a crucial role in cultivating a dynamic worship community focused on collective spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead worship gatherings and music practice sessions on Sundays
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire members of the worship team
  • Provide strategic direction for the worship ministry
  • Organize scheduling for vocalists and instrumentalists
  • Mentor individuals involved in the music ministry
  • Plan and coordinate fellowship events for the worship team
  • Participate in church functions and meetings
  • Continuously improve theological understanding
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by Lead Pastors
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong commitment to prayer and spiritual development
  • Regular engagement with scripture
  • Spirit-filled and led by faith
  • Skilled vocalist
  • Humble and willing to learn
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in worship leadership
  • Committed follower of Jesus Christ
