Job Summary

Precise Forming Inc. is seeking a skilled Concrete and Cement Finishing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 cement finishers
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Organized and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
