Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete and Cement Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Precise Forming Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of cement finishers and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cement finishers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and develop the skills of cement finishers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Lead and instruct individuals, promoting a positive and productive team culture.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
