Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled pipes tradesperson with experience in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service/construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Experience in Prime retrofit Mechanical projects.
  • Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boilers, and steam operational & service knowledge.
  • Pass criminal record checks for secure sites.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee the installation of a project.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of light commercial /commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience in construction and service projects.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the mechanical systems.
  • Plumbing/pipefitting Certifications.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
