Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at FAST DRYWALL LTD. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of our drywall installation team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of drywall installers and finishers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for our team and clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy.
  • Work Setting: Construction, inspection, willing to relocate, installation, commercial, industrial, institutional, maintenance, residential, repair.
