Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, such as calculating cheques for payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation, as well as reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances and statistical reports.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
