We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at JH Accounting Inc. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
Work Environment

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
