About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SE Health. As a Nurse Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic nursing care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse care team to deliver evidence-based care and promote patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Availability to work 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm and every other weekend
  • Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check are required upon hire
  • A willingness to attain required SE Health certifications
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills
  • Works well in a changing environment
  • A demonstrated appreciation for Quality Improvement processes
  • A current CPR certificate is required
