  • Develop, implement, and document both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Assess and manage repair costs and procurement of necessary parts.
  • Engage in validation projects within the facility.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments on enhancement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify solutions to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
  • Conduct personnel evaluations and facilitate team meetings.
  • Manage emergency response calls while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in recruitment processes, audits, and equipment acquisitions.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and expertise in personnel management.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols.
  • Results-driven approach to business management.
  • Understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
