Your responsibilities at EXP

As a member of the Transportation division, you will engage in a variety of projects

What you can expect at EXP

  • Oversee projects related to bridge design, planning, and evaluation
  • Create design criteria for both new and existing structures
  • Lead project teams to ensure effective project delivery
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians, contributing to business growth
  • Guide junior staff and provide mentorship throughout project stages
  • Examine technical documents and prepare essential tender submissions
  • Assist in proposal development and project execution

Your qualifications

  • Proven experience in designing new structures and rehabilitating bridges
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, registered in Ontario
  • Over 10 years of experience in bridge design and construction
  • Familiarity with municipal and provincial projects
  • Understanding of MTO design standards and guidelines
  • RAQS registration is an advantage
  • Expertise in Finite Element Analysis software
  • Excellent communication abilities
