Bakery Specialist

Laleh Bakery Inc. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, supervising baking personnel, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
- Draw up production schedules
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Operate machinery
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
The Bakery Specialist will work in a fast-paced bakery environment with a team of experienced bakers and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
