We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Administrator to join our team at Trillium Guideway Partners. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for the administration of subcontracts and the management of subcontractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Subcontract Administration: Manage and administer subcontracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company policies.
- Subcontractor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and execute assigned work in a timely manner, ensuring prompt turnaround of subcontract changes, payment applications, and other documents.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review various monthly reports, analyzing progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in internal stakeholder and subcontractor meetings, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Contractual Resolution: Resolve subcontractor issues, including payment applications, change orders, and claims negotiations.
- Commercial Management: Mitigate, identify, and evaluate potential variations/claims, and resolve outstanding commercial issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement activities, identifying new and better ways of operating to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in subcontract administration in a large and complex construction project.
- Education: University degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
