Sous la direction du Responsable de la Comptabilité Commerciale, ce poste offre une perspective unique sur les nouveaux projets, contrats et résultats financiers. L'Analyste Financier Senior, spécialisé dans le Transport et la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, jouera un rôle clé au sein du groupe comptable et nécessitera une expérience dans l'établissement de relations avec des clients clés pour garantir que les initiatives commerciales soient identifiées et comptabilisées de manière appropriée. Le titulaire analysera les données enregistrées par d'autres et investiguera les anomalies et les écarts pour assurer un reporting précis et le respect des normes et politiques comptables. Votre expertise technique et vos compétences analytiques sont essentielles pour réussir, tout comme votre capacité à communiquer, collaborer et prioriser plusieurs projets et délais.

  • Agir en tant que point de contact initial pour les nouvelles initiatives commerciales dans le domaine du transport et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
  • Être responsable de la prise de décisions appropriées en matière de politique comptable.
  • S'assurer que les modèles et les processus de reporting sont mis à jour, en collaborant avec les autres groupes comptables pour garantir une exécution correcte.
  • Surveiller et mettre à jour les modèles financiers clés à travers toutes les entités.
  • Développer une expertise dans le contrat des concessionnaires selon les besoins, chercher des orientations lorsque nécessaire et fournir des conseils aux autres équipes comptables.
  • Prendre des décisions concernant les dépenses d'investissement par rapport aux dépenses d'exploitation.
  • Être responsable de l'achèvement et de l'exactitude de tous les livrables mensuels et trimestriels dans les délais impartis.
  • Rapporter les résultats fonctionnels, analyser les écarts significatifs d'une année sur l'autre ou par rapport au budget/prévisions et suivre l'avancement des projets clés.
  • Rechercher, analyser et diriger les discussions sur les questions commerciales et comptables clés au fur et à mesure de l'évolution des initiatives commerciales.
  • Identifier et exécuter des améliorations et des gains d'efficacité dans des modèles et processus complexes tout en maintenant une documentation appropriée.
  • S'assurer que tous les contrôles clés sont surveillés et exécutés.
  • Gérer efficacement les communications et les relations avec les partenaires commerciaux, la comptabilité, la planification financière et analytique, la fiscalité, ainsi que les auditeurs internes et externes.
  • Participer ou diriger divers projets ad hoc assignés par le Responsable.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience dans un département comptable d'une entreprise de taille moyenne ou grande ou dans un cabinet comptable.
  • Diplôme universitaire en Commerce, Finance ou Comptabilité.
  • Désignation CPA.
  • Capacité à fournir des conseils comptables sur les baux selon la norme IFRS 16 et sur la capitalisation des actifs pour déterminer le traitement approprié des transactions financières conformément à l'IFRS.
  • Expertise en IFRS et expérience dans la recherche et le développement de documents de position comptable.
  • Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes, en analyse et en pensée stratégique ; capacité à voir la "grande image" dans un environnement commercial complexe.
  • Curiosité naturelle pour comprendre les raisons derrière les transactions.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication avec une capacité démontrée à établir et à maintenir de solides relations.
  • Capacité à prospérer dans un environnement réactif aux exigences commerciales changeantes.
  • Excellente attention aux détails.
  • Compétences avancées en informatique, y compris la suite Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarité avec les processus d'audit internes et externes.
  • Connaissance pratique du système comptable PeopleSoft et de la gestion financière Hyperion (HFM) est un atout.
  • Large connaissance du plan comptable et des contrôles internes est un atout.
  • Expérience dans la fourniture de rapports financiers et d'analyses précis et en temps voulu.
