Job Title: Senior Vice President, Asset Management

At CTS Global Logistics Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President, Asset Management to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary of $100,000.00 per year and 35 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Approve sales programs, promotional campaigns, and initiatives to increase market share and revenue.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate sales activities across different regions, divisions, or departments within the company.
  • Establish strategic objectives and formulate policies and programs, determine sales targets, market segments, and growth opportunities within the company.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Establish financial controls and administrative procedures to monitor and manage sales performance, ensure budget adherence, and profitability.
  • Select, mentor, and manage a team of middle managers and executives.
Qualifications:
  • Education: University degree or college diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years as a middle manager in a related position, preferably in the logistics/transportation industry.
  • Software: Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable with CRM software, basic data analysis, tracking, and reporting activities and results.
  • Language: Fluent in English. Knowledge of a second language is an asset but not required.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Adaptive to a changing environment. Strong team leadership and motivational skills. Knowledge of industry trends and competitors. Expertise in managing a large client network and driving sales team success. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
