Job Overview: Under the guidance of the Session Manager, this role is essential in ensuring that each Bingo event proceeds smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be engaging, professional, and entertaining while leading Bingo sessions. Responsibilities include calling numbers, confirming winners, promoting events, and making necessary announcements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain a valid AGCO license.
  • Adhere to and enforce all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct Bingo sessions in an engaging, professional, and entertaining manner while ensuring clarity in communication.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of all Bingo equipment, including audio systems, Bingo computers, Bingo balls, televisions, flashboards, Link satellite, and eVent systems.
  • Remain composed and in control during situations such as multiple winners and ensure accurate payouts through the eVent system.
  • Monitor player devices to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of all Bingo programs and games.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding Bingo programs, promotions, and other services offered.
  • Identify potential safety hazards and report them to the session manager as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks and housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Follow the Delta Bingo & Gaming dress code.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort speaking in front of groups.
  • Basic math skills are essential for quick calculations.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in both English and French.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Gaming/Bingo is advantageous but not required.
