About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as a Budget Analyst at Lifetime Rehab and Wellness Center. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, and assisting in the preparation of our operating budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Personal Suitability
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Reliability: A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
