About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter Lead Hand to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on construction projects
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects
  • Train and mentor junior carpenters
  • Monitor and control project costs and timelines
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in carpentry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
