We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Lead Hand to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc.

• Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on construction sites
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
• Collaborate with other trades and stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Monitor and control costs, materials, and labor
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• 5+ years of experience in carpentry and construction management
• Registered Apprenticeship certificate and relevant certifications (e.g., WHMIS, CPR, Fall Arrest Protection)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
