About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Lead Hand to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of building foundations, floor beams, and roof systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and instruct apprentices in various carpentry tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Coordinate with other workers to meet project deadlines
  • Manage and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in carpentry and leadership roles
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
