We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Resource Ability. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric clients with medical needs in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 overnight care to assigned clients in their home environment
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed
- Document client progress, medication administration, and any notable events or concerns
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNM)
- Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Resource Ability is a CARF-accredited nursing agency providing nursing respite to children with medical needs in their home communities throughout British Columbia. Our nurses support clients to live at home with their families and attend school, while providing complex care needs.
