Brandt is seeking a Service Administrator for our Laval Construction & Forestry location.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing administrative support to the Service Manager and technicians.

  • Customer Interaction: You will be the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers, addressing their inquiries and requests related to service needs.
  • Work Order Management: You will efficiently open, track, and close work orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.
  • Service Department Administration: You will maintain organized records, files, and the service library, contributing to a streamlined workflow.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Your attention to detail will be crucial for updating customer profiles, processing warranty claims, and generating reports as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in office procedures and standard desktop applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A basic understanding of mechanical/technical terminology is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
