Job Title: Truck Driver Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at Saihaj Enterprises ltd.

Job Summary:

The Truck Driver Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to truck drivers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as required.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic security clearance and bondable.
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:

  • Work in a noisy environment.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week.
