Forge Recruitment is pleased to partner with our client, a boutique law firm in Vancouver that focuses on complex corporate and commercial law, in their search for a Corporate Paralegal to join their growing team.

About the Role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

* Drafting and reviewing various corporate and commercial agreements, including share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, partnership agreements, and joint venture agreements
* Conducting research on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance
* Preparing and filing corporate documents, such as incorporation documents, and shareholder resolutions
* Assisting with due diligence in connection with corporate transactions
* Managing and maintaining corporate records and minute books
* Liaising with clients, lawyers, and other professionals
* Supervising and mentoring legal assistants
