About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Training: Train and supervise bakery staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, including cakes and other baked goods.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
