About the Role
Siemens Energy is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Oakville, Canada. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, driving, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
