Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated portfolio of Multi-National clients, building strong relationships and driving business retention
  • Review accounts at renewal, ensuring seamless coverage and adherence to binding authority
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives to drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and policy changes, enhancing your knowledge and expertise
About You
  • You are a solution-oriented professional with a passion for problem-solving and a drive to deliver exceptional results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build deep relationships with clients and colleagues
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively to exceed client expectations
  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail is second nature, and you are highly tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • 3-5 years of Commercial Lines experience, ideally in a brokerage environment, with a focus on large multi-national accounts
  • Active RIBO License and Quebec license or willingness to pursue
  • Bilingual (French/English) considered a strong asset, with CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications and designations highly valued
