Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consulting and Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing strategic guidance and support to clients on complex privacy and access matters. You will leverage your expertise to develop innovative solutions, conduct thorough research, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a variety of privacy and access issues, including personal information protection, freedom of information requests, and privacy impact assessments.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging privacy trends and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on privacy and access topics to clients.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and other documentation for clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of privacy legislation and regulations, including PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws.
  • Proven experience in providing consulting services on privacy and access matters.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
