Job Summary
The Care Coordinator is a vital member of the Lifemark team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director, ensuring seamless clinic operations.
- Coordinate patient intake, data entry, and scheduling of appointments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assist patients with completing paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Collect payment at time of service, ensuring efficient and secure financial transactions.
- Track coverage for all funding streams, ensuring approval and compliance.
- Complete data entry and billing, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Coordinate courier packages and process incoming and outgoing mail, email, and faxes.
Qualifications & Core Competencies
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Experience in a Physiotherapy clinic an asset.
