Job Description

**About the Role**

Ventula Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead our integration solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering large-scale digital transformation and integration programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with client stakeholders to define solutions that meet their business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams of developers to ensure technical solutions are implemented successfully.
  • Deliver a target operating model for the integration platform, including a solution design that meets business and technical requirements.
  • Manage the MVP delivery phase, including architectural and delivery governance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure architectural designs are successfully implemented.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or consultancy industries.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week on-site in Central London when required.
