Position: Architectural Visualization Artist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively to produce exceptional, photo-realistic architectural renderings from inception to completion;
  • Generate compelling visuals that align with the highest industry standards, effectively communicating the design intent;
  • Experience in animations and virtual reality is advantageous;
  • Develop graphic materials and portfolios to showcase the firm's projects;
  • Adhere to project timelines and ensure deliverables are met;
  • Execute additional related tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in architecture, visual arts, photography, interior design, or a related discipline;
  • 3-5 years of expertise in 3D architectural visualization (generalists are not considered);
  • Proficient in software such as 3DS Max, Rhino3D, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, among others;
  • Strong capabilities in modeling, lighting, texturing, camera setup, and post-production;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior quality work;
  • A genuine passion for composition, storytelling, and creating stunning visuals;
  • Bilingual proficiency in English;
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and adapt to unexpected challenges with initiative;
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, responsible, and proactive;
  • Willingness to learn new tools and share knowledge with colleagues.
Position Details:
  • Full-time role, 35 hours per week;
