Position: Architectural Visualization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the design team to produce visually striking, photo-realistic architectural renderings from inception to completion;
  • Generate compelling visuals that adhere to the highest industry standards, effectively communicating the design intent;
  • Experience in animations and virtual reality is advantageous;
  • Create marketing materials, portfolios, and other graphic documents to showcase the firm's projects;
  • Meet project deadlines and deliverables efficiently;
  • Undertake additional related tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, fine arts, photography, interior design, or a related discipline;
  • 3-5 years of experience specifically in 3D architectural visualization (generalists will not be considered);
  • Proficient in software such as 3DS Max, Rhino3D, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, among others;
  • Strong capabilities in modeling, lighting, texturing, camera setup, and post-production processes;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outputs;
  • A genuine passion for composition, storytelling, and crafting outstanding images;
  • Bilingual proficiency in English;
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and respond proactively to challenges;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, responsible, and proactive;
  • Willingness to learn new tools and share knowledge with colleagues.
Position Details:
  • Full-time role, comprising 35 hours per week;
  • Compensation will be discussed based on experience;
