Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D visualization specialist to join our team. As a 3D visualization specialist, you will be responsible for creating stunning and realistic architectural renderings that will help our clients visualize their building, living spaces, and dream landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team to create architectural renderings from start to finish;
  • Develop captivating images that meet the highest industry standards to convey the design vision;
  • Animations and Renderings (an asset);
  • Assemble graphic documents, portfolios, etc. to promote the firm's work;
  • Ensure timely delivery and meet project deadlines;
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.
Required Skills
  • Degree in Architecture, Art, Photography, Interior Design, or a relevant field;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural 3D visualization (generalists in 3D not accepted);
  • Proficiency in software: 3DS Max, Rhino3D, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign, Illustrator, Revit (an asset);
  • Strong skills in modeling, lighting, textures, camera configuration, and post-production;
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic;
  • Ability to quickly translate an original idea into a high-quality image;
  • Passion for composition, narration, and creating remarkable images;
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget;
  • Bilingual (English);
  • Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team;
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing unexpected situations while demonstrating initiative in prioritizing tasks;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Organized, meticulous, versatile, responsible, and proactive;
  • Aptitude to discover and master new tools, tricks, and share knowledge with the team.
Job Characteristics
  • Full-time position with a 35-hour workweek;
