About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at Markham Kia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Sell after-sales products, including extended warranties, insurance, and other related services to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales staff and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Documentation and Administration: Prepare and document all necessary paperwork, including finance contracts, extended warranty contracts, and insurance forms.
- Financial Management: Manage all financial aspects of the department, including funding, licensing fees, and down payments.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales and Leadership Skills: A proven track record of sales success and leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- OMVIC License: Possession of a valid OMVIC license is required.
