Compensation: $42-$44/hour (based on experience)

Diagnose performance issues using diagnostic tools and provide insights to customers and associates regarding the work performed, overall vehicle condition, and recommended maintenance schedules and repairs. Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, lubrication, and tune-ups. Uphold a safe working environment by following all safety protocols to protect yourself and your colleagues. Operate both company and customer vehicles safely and responsibly. Maintain mechanical service equipment on a scheduled basis. Take pride in ensuring customer safety and vehicle reliability.Working Environment:
A collaborative atmosphere where hard work, effective communication, and clear thinking are valued. Ability to consistently lift weights of approximately 25KG without assistance is necessary. The role may involve unpredictable conditions, including physical demands and varying weather, requiring a resilient individual. This position necessitates frequent standing, crouching, or kneeling.Required Qualifications:
Completion or enrollment in a 4-year automotive service technician apprenticeship program/Red Seal is essential. A valid driver's license allowing for the independent operation of a passenger vehicle is required. Ability to provide a satisfactory driver's abstract from the licensing authority when requested by management.
