Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories, and working collaboratively with colleagues to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience
  • Recommend aftermarket auto parts and accessories using your automotive knowledge
  • Work with colleagues to source, order, and deliver solutions for customers
  • Continuously develop your automotive knowledge and skills
  • Perform a variety of tasks to support team success

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
  • Basic automotive knowledge is considered an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
