About the Role

CLevelCrossing is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, driving business growth, and building our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Analyze our current marketing strategies and improve upon them to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of marketing professionals and delegate tasks fairly to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocate resources appropriately to ensure the effective use of our marketing budget.
  • Marketing Execution: Hands-on execution of key marketing tasks, including events, awards, thought leadership, and press.
  • Target Setting and Achievement: Set daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, and implement various incentives to ensure they are achieved.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and implement new strategies based on findings to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and brief the team on new information to ensure we are always up-to-date.
  • Competitor Analysis: Closely monitor competitors' successes and failures and learn from them to improve our marketing strategy.
  • Marketing Events and Launches: Supervise marketing events and launches and use these spaces to network with industry professionals.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Assist with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with key industry organizations and assess and action strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: BSc in marketing, branding, business, PR, or a similar field. A Master's degree may be preferable.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Superb marketing and research skills, knowledge and practical experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, and related software, highly observant and analytical, strong leadership skills and the ability to make difficult decisions, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to travel.
