Job Title: Associate Vice President, Product Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President, Product Marketing to join our team at Smart Savvy + Associates. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market leadership in B2B SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing plans that achieve business goals related to product and solution sales
  • Create new opportunities for monetization from products and services by building the right messaging, positioning, packaging, and pricing
  • Refine and establish pricing and packaging strategies for all existing and new products, including new product launches, promotions, and deal desk approvals
  • Map positioning and messaging to a content strategy aligned to the sales process, driving higher conversion throughout the funnel
  • Ensure the development of effective product- and solutions-related training materials for staff and clients
  • Improve operations by establishing clear objectives and key results aligned to business goals, tracking performance and deliverables to measure the team's impact, priorities, and productivity
  • Understand the market through analysis, input from customer-facing teams, client segmentation, and competitive intelligence to generate insights about the target audience's needs, priorities, and challenges

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of related product marketing and/or product management experience in B2B SaaS solutions
  • Ability to execute strategies, programs, and projects cross-functionally, on-time, and effectively
  • Proven experience working at the global level to capitalize on international markets and nurture markets at different levels of maturity
  • Experience with SaaS pricing and packaging strategy in a global B2B environment to drive revenue growth
  • Strong strategic planning, execution, and measurement skills
  • Analyst relations experience is an asset
