Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Interim Controller to join their team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all accounting information, as well as managing the month-end process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all accounting information, including financial statements and reports
  • Manage the month-end process, including closing the books and preparing financial statements
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong accounting and financial management skills, including experience with full-cycle accounting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting software and spreadsheets
