Press Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Press Supervisor to join our team at Easyimprint Incorporated. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our press department, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate the work of press operators and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Train and Develop the skills of press operators to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Review and Approve all job proofs and samples to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Coordinate and Schedule activities to meet deadlines and ensure smooth production flow.
- Establish Methods to improve productivity and product quality, and recommend measures to achieve these goals.
- Requisition Materials and supplies as needed to support production operations.
- Resolve Work Problems and provide technical advice to press operators to improve productivity and product quality.
As a Press Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a team setting, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or production role.
