Press Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Press Supervisor to join our team at Easyimprint Incorporated. As a Press Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pressroom, ensuring that all production runs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of pressroom staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of production runs.
- Monitor and control the quality of printed products, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the pressroom.
- Collaborate with the production team to plan and schedule production runs, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Train and mentor pressroom staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all printed products meet the required standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available when needed.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of production runs, including quality control data and production metrics.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pressroom or production environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Press Supervisor will work in a fast-paced pressroom environment with tight deadlines and a focus on quality and productivity. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The working hours are 35 to 40 hours per week.
