Job Title: Press Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Press Supervisor to join our team at Easyimprint Incorporated. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our press department, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of press operators to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all printed materials meet our high standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during production
  • Provide training and guidance to new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a press operations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
