Job Summary

TAPPCONNECT INC. is seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support and assistance to employees, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  3. Collaborate with other technical teams to identify and implement solutions to technical problems.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
  5. Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  6. Collect and analyze data on technical issues and trends, identifying areas for improvement.
  7. Work with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
