Job Title: Security Supervisor

At Vista Security and Investigations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of security guards, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  2. Security Procedures: Develop and enforce security procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  3. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and security assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  4. Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
  5. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and operational issues.
  6. Team Management: Foster a positive and professional work environment, addressing any concerns or conflicts within the team.
  7. Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
  2. Security Knowledge: Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and emergency response.
  3. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  4. Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Scheduling Experience: Scheduling experience.
  6. Certifications: Valid security license and certification in Ontario.
  7. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 0800hrs-1600hrs
