About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ULTRAMAR ON THE RUN. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who are displaced by conflict or natural disaster, providing them with a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
  • Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
