Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to new staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
