Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Skyview General Contracting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including selecting trade subcontractors and preparing construction project budget estimates
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems, read blueprint, schemas, and drawings, and plan and manage budgets
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, oversee the analysis of data and information, and prepare reports
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and supervise 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management
  • AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Outlook skills
  • Industrial, commercial, and institutional construction specialization, and project management experience
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics, and accountability
